Dr Mantell is dedicated to expanding our knowledge of orthopaedics and sports medicine through research. His research interests include improving patient outcomes and value based healthcare for the hip, knee, and shoulder. In addition he is interested in pursing research looking at biologic modalities (PRP, Stem Cells) and other injections to help treat arthritis and cartilage disorders. Dr Mantell believes research is an essential component of practicing medicine to help us minimize complications and improve clinical outcomes.
